The Polish Information Technology Society, the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, along with the Sectoral Council for Competencies – IT, are striving to address the most important questions related to the current demand for IT industry specialists. As part of a series of six episodes under the common title “Changes in the Job Market in the IT Sector, Including the Impact of the SARS-CoV-2 Virus Epidemic and Other Crises,” we discuss and present the most interesting challenges and trends related to competency development and the job market in the field of information technology.
